ABOUT US!

Originally Apache Canyon Ranch was the custom-built home of T.C. and Ava Marie Bowers. At the suggestion of friends In 1996, the Bowers expanded their private residence into a Bed and Breakfast.

Upon entering, Ava greets all guests with her Southern charm, and immediately makes you feel right at home. Ava is happy to share anecdotes of her experiences with the neighboring natives, many of whose art she displays for guests' enjoyment, and possible purchase.

The food at the Inn will delight the palate. Ava prepares cuisine from her own recipes for guests to enjoy at the community table, where experiences are often shared.

The Inn has been featured on "Cooking with Gail Greco," where Ava could be seen preparing her Lamb Posole, alongside such Southern favorites as Sweet Potato Pie.
